Victory Point is a project composed of both historic restoration and new construction on the historic Lexington VA Hospital Campus. The project consists of the restoration of the historic VA Hospital Campus buildings (4 buildings) into 26 new residential units and the construction of 6 new 2 story residential townhouses (24 units) to form a new multi-family housing campus for veterans.
