After joining the firm in 2015, nectō architecture was officially formed in 2016. Jay has over 20 years of experience working throughout Kentucky on multiple project types and scales. His project experience ranges from single family residential to large scale commercial projects that include education, athletics, healthcare, civic and residential design.

After joining the firm in 2019, Mike made principal in 2021. His background includes 20 years of experience working in Nashville, TN, and throughout Kentucky, being involved with a wide range of project scales and types. He has experience designing and managing K-12, University and Civic projects, as well as, both Single-Family and Multi-Family Residential projects.
