Elkhorn City School is a restoration project of the historic Elkhorn City High School. The project consists of the complete restoration of the entire building and site. The existing classrooms were converted into 27 new residential units (a combination of one, two and three bedroom units) including the existing gymnasium which was converted into 6 two story one bedroom loft units.
