The Sawyer Residence is the renovation of an existing modern home. The renovation included the construction of a new roof for the entire house to eliminate the existing flat roofs/internal roof drains and provide natural daylight to the 2nd floor spaces. Additional current and future renovation work to this project include complete renovation of all interior spaces, a new enclosed rear patio, open 2nd floor patio and the design of a new 3 car detached garage.
