The Flats at Woodland is a historic preservation and new construction project in Lexington, KY. The historic Woodland Christian Church will be completely rehabiliated and the unused spaces in the existing building will be converted to 8 one bedroom senior living units. The building addition will be connected to the existing building with a bridge/connector that will provide an elevator and stairs to provide accessibility to all three floors of the church. The addition will contain 30 one bedroom senior living units.
